We The Pupil ~ Declaration
For the United States of America
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all humans are created equal, with respectful consideration toward other life forms encompassing similar inclinations of intellect, empathy, and civilization, throughout this and other life sustaining environments, collectively People, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among People, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends and otherwise self-serving, it is the Right of the governed People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.
Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience has shown that humans are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism with the guise of serving the People, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such self-serving Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.
Such has been the patient sufferance of We The People, the governed, henceforth also known as We The Pupil; for when we see in truth, we can learn in truth, therefore we may act in truth; and such is now the necessity which constrains the People to alter their former Systems of Government.
The history of the present governmental bodies including town, city, state, federal and hidden forms is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, including misappropriation of We The People's treasure to enact collusion, self-indulgence, and abuses of powers such that the governed are used as pawns for the purposes of increasing riches and influence of the self-indulgent governmental associations, all having an indirect establishment of an absolute Tyranny over We The People. To prove this, let there be submitted to a candid world the historical record in the entirety of every governmental entity that handles money, property, treasure, and any freedoms of We The People.

GovernMental Associations
Although I am absolutely certain that the majority of government employees are high quality individuals, there is a point when a critical mass is reached resulting in an overall tendency to dismiss the population residing outside the protected confines of such close association, club, organization, group, corporation, or government.
Governmental associations can be in the form of companies, groups, individuals utilizing their positions, connections and influence to manipulate wealth and laws for the benefit of related companies, groups, individuals at the detriment of We The People.
One personal example that ultimately affected everyone, misappropriating more than one hundred and twenty five million dollars ($125,000,000+), with the main benefits directed toward the Sierra Club through typical governmental coercion and trickery orchestrated by public servant Kevin Starr, is evidenced at the California Quarter Case File.

GovernMental Tyrannical Acts
Discarding the lives and treasure of We The People and those of other habitats to wage wars in an attempt to increase the wealth of governmental associations through swindles such as "no bid" contracts and to perpetuate the masking of corrupted reputations and debased morals as exposed through subsequently released documents such as the Pentagon Papers.
Creating a revolving door relationship among governmental associations to further self-indulgent objectives by diminishing unalienable freedoms and rights of We The People.
Enacting legalized extortions as is evidenced by such imposed obligations as Private Mortgage Insurance and additional fees and taxes not expressly approved by We The People.
Developing various systems and methods by which governmental associations may leech upon the treasure of We The People through exorbitant wages and expense perks, excessive paid recesses, multiple pensions; all with little or no regard or benefit for We The People.
Allowing the law to be unenforceable or ineffective toward governmental associations.

GovernMental Patent Medicine
Enabling the alteration and patenting of food supplies that are contributing to chronic disease and likely extinction in nature and We The People.
Allowing chemical companies to dump toxins into the air, water and land supply of We The People under the guise of being beneficial such as Fluoride which may in fact be linked to actually promote decay in tooth enamel and glyphosate which is being linked to possible extinction events of various life forms including humans.
Empowering pharmaceutical companies carte blanche ability to use We The People as experimental subjects and to push unproven, addictive, harmful, deadly chemicals labeled as medications and therapies while simultaneously thwarting the healing abilities of natural, proven and non-patentable remedies.
Removing the Rights that any person has over their own body and that which has been formed and held naturally by that body until such time that the foremost person decides to alter their bodily form through self-directed or natural or ethical methods meant toward the benefit of the first entitled personal body. This is expressly indicated in the abuse of power enacted by governmental associations to dictate how a woman may handle her unalienable reproductive freedoms and rights.
Forcing increasingly proven harmful, manipulative and adversely effective vaccinations onto We The People.
Allowing Mercury to be continually used in dental fillings.
And so on and so forth, until We The Pupil act upon our true vision, and instill empathetic ethics back into the establishments that We The People have allowed such vastly important and integral Governing Powers.

Treasure For Treasure
We The People are in fact a Treasure that is too often and too easily discarded by many of the people who happen to make it into government and other positions of power.
We The People as well as the entire United States of America and ultimately the World will greatly benefit from the implementation of an adequate Unity Building Investment. The Liberty Dividend will, at the very least, help to offset a minuscule portion of the blatant hoarding by governmental associations of We The People's monetary treasure.
