Funnel Of Gold
In the middle of a dark and turbulent ocean with no land in sight, a priest, a rabbi, an evangelist, a pastor, a minister, and a generic religious leader representative of all other churches are all in a beautifully laden boat that is sinking, but there are no leaks that they can see from within their FOG. Fearful that they will soon be flailing about gasping for air as their well established golden vessel slips into the depths below, they each start to pray fervently the same prayer.
GOD why is this massive well built vessel sinking? We have done all in your name, yet you are allowing the enemy to blow the increased weight of the ocean into our safe gathering, causing all of our hard work to sink below us beyond our reach, and placing us into peril. How can we survive without our golden ship?
Their prayers are answered with only the sound of great wind and the voice of powerful water as the waves splash about rocking the massive weight of the exquisitely formed Ship Of Gold as if it was merely a toy neatly folded out of the lightest of tissue paper.
Each religious leader expresses fearfully to each other religious leader how they have worked so hard to earn their titles. How they have preached the word of GOD and how they have ensured the furthering of the word of GOD beyond their earthly demise through the many buildings and fantastic businesses and incredible hoards of religious products and ongoing wealth streams induced from countless followers. With our great sacrifice, how can GOD be allowing this great storm that threatens our well being?
The waves soften and the winds cease. There is silence. All is still.

The soaked occupants start to issue gushing praise and gratitude, but then stop.
The boat is still sinking. They immediately cup handfuls of water over the edge of the still glistening anchor which they are desperately trying to save.
Each church representative gasps and relaxes in frailty against a portion of their pounded golden bowl. The water inside is gone, and they now believe that their combined effort of righteousness has strengthened their now dry fortress of faith.
A still small voice rings out through the eternal distance of the dark ocean and through the infinite light that surround and permeate its depth and through the unlimited wisdom of a nonexistent boundary.
I AM
Countless healers have been blessed upon my children freely yet with expressed cost. To show all that suffering need be not. Abundance of life awarded to all through the simple realization of faith and flow of kindness. Yet your church has taken what is given freely In A Miracle and hold it for ransom, pressing each bit of gold tithed into a false idol planned, constructed and maintained upon hypocrisy.
You have been allowed to build your fortresses of gold under your false pretense. Gold is of equal importance as all creation, so how you move forward is a gift freely given as well.
Each title prizing representative rests in silence, pondering what each has silently experienced—their ears still ringing.
Water starts to flow as an infinitesimally thin mirror over the edge refilling the shiny Boat Of Gold. The glass smooth surface of the ocean everywhere beyond is even with the top edge of their last refuge. Soon their twenty four K weight will be forever gone—Know.

Holy Bible, Batman!
Interpretation is everything, and the Holy Bible is interpretation of interpretation. Any person reading a version is adding another level of interpretation, and then all who distill it down to a sermon are adding yet more levels of interpretation that is further interpreted through the receiving synapses.
It is clear that even the Holy Bible is in itself a woven contradiction of messaging. Just considering the simple comparison of Old Testament versus New Testament renders obvious differences for what is apparently acceptable and preferred behavior. For example in the Old Testament it is encouraged to take the land of others, while in the New Testament it is encouraged to forgive those who take your land. Again—all interpretation.
In the Old Testament, an accurate rendition of the modern business model for any church is presented crystal clear in the verses about Moses and the building of the golden calf. Since people were having a difficult time believing in the promises of good through faith, a small portion of charismatic self appointed leaders instructed the people to bring them their gold. So why not a COW? It is likely that a portion of the gold was pocketed by the self appointed leaders while pounding the rest into a much smaller structure that still allowed the people something tangible in which to focus their worship. Any church garnishing wages can similarly be interpreted as a false idol, especially with the countless examples of gold laden artifacts, commissioned art and elaborate architecture over vast parcels of land.
The New Testament brings Jesus expressing that faith the size of a mustard seed is all that is needed to receive the goodness of GOD. In a poignant scene Jesus never asked Martha to empty out her pockets or offer up a standardized tithe for Lazarus to be still living. Jesus only requested that Martha believe.
In another scene Jesus got thoroughly upset over the money transactions being performed in a place meant for GOD. For me it revealed a great deal, especially how Jesus was not in favor of the hypocrisy. Taking money in the name of GOD is clearly an implication that the favor of GOD is for sale and can only be obtained if paid for with gold.

Ever since the days of Catholic Grade School, the whole church based system of faith seemed odd and not prone to reason. For instance periodic confessionals where you sit kneeling trying to figure out what you did wrong. Most times were honestly spent trying to make up something so that the obscured person behind the screen might have some purpose. For what would he do if he couldn't assign a few Hail Marys and Our Fathers for something that I just made up. Now was that a sin?
Most of my mishaps were enacted in retaliation for wrongs or attempts at defending myself or bring the pompous down a bit closer to equality. I actually found it much more fun to run around the field, race through math homework, and laugh. The unfortunate times I did engage in bringing harm to another, developing an enriching capacity for empathy is more of a significant deterrent than some future stint in some place of fire and brimstone. The promise to myself and GOD that I would do my best to act with kindness and understanding was more effective than some weird dark room conversation that pretty much implies "just go do whatever you want but be sure to come back here to pay a fee for forgiveness, then repeat".
Then there were the services where at some point a basket was passed along or pushed at the end of a super long pan handle held stretched out by some volunteer usher under the nose of every person who simply wanted to worship peacefully with community in what is advertised as the house of GOD. And if there was the impression that not enough gold was obtained, the basket was sent out on more rounds, sometimes accompanied by a longer than usual message or song of praise from a preacher expressed with the sole purpose of convincing the congregation to squeeze out some more money. Cadillacs do cost quite a bit.

Adding to the teachings that didn't make sense was that there was an all powerful GOD, the creator of all, then an evil doer with a bunch of different names, one of the latest ending in a rump with a reference to the number 45. Obviously the notion of GOD and existence in general is unfathomable, yet in my attempts to encompass some logical meaning with an all powerful GOD that is good—which must be feared for some reason, meant that all evil is actually good. If not careful this could be the start of a madness scenario.
To maintain some sanity I soon placed upon my reasoning that the church is involved in preaching bogus messages which led me to avoid all organizations that put a price on the word of GOD. Yet life and feelings do present periods where one does seek answers and solutions outside of oneself no matter any predisposition. Looking to an all powerful outside Source that may offer hope and more than just an explanation—an actual helping hand up and out of the muck that one occasionally trudges longer than what seems bearable. This is the plight of countless humans, which makes many a possibly well intentioned charlatan very rich—and quite possibly effective, for positivity is a self sustaining and building energy. Could be a law of physics entangled somewhere in there. Even the notion of the all connective force helped to fuel the initial amorousness of Star Wars.

Strange Or Suspiciously Odd
Something funny can be translated to something strange or suspiciously odd, or as acronymed SOSO. Something so-so or mediocre can then be translated as moderate to inferior in quality. Even with this interpretation of funny as now expressed, a good joke can be a welcome diversion.
And though it is good to start with something funny, to break the ice and get your audience smiling and placed gently into a mood to receive openly what is to come next, it seems better to have begun this presentation with something funnel. :D

Mega Ca$h COW
So at present through past events I have come to know of Joel Osteen. At first it may appear that I am lambasting the guy in attempts to bring ruin to his mega cash cow, which is far from true. And yes my name is David, but this is not one of those David versus Goliath scenarios.
It is simply a fact that Joel is the only religious leader who has held my interest. There is also a consistently pleasant way of speaking by many of the presenters witnessed via Lakewood. But most others are hard to listen to, with an abundance of artificial flamboyancy and unnecessary volume and extremism—usually classified as over acting. Even the style of John Osteen was instrumental in not experiencing a complete sermon.
Joel on the other hand is very relatable and easy to listen to, with sermons that are in a relaxed formal atmosphere. And the presentations within the comfortable setting of varied blue gradients around a complimentary elegant globe, gently rotating in the background are especially preferred.
In truth
I believe that Joel is a kind and good person of high quality. The kind of individual you can thoroughly trust to be a strong and good natured contributor in an equally ventured project. The kind of person to whom I am willing to spend some time listening.
Although this article is actually intended for all businesses that exploit and profit from what GOD has given freely, Joel is the reason that I have decided to create this presentation. It is meant to only help his ministries to grow in a more honest and ethical manner. Though I am not a proponent of the high finance of the business known as church, I am grateful for the benefit that occasionally filters out to everyone.

I am a firm advocate for much of what Joel expresses via the many half hour youtube sermons available to everyone. Although I urge everyone to find some way of obtaining versions available offline so that the positive messaging is not interrupted with the onslaught of purposefully distractive and detracting ads.
A favorite sermon of mine is linked from biovoid.com for its truly empowering message from which everyone and all around them will benefit. (visit biovoid.com for additional resources that could help cure Autism, Diabetes, Cancer and more.)
There is a bit of inherent hypocrisy, though, in almost every Joel Osteen sermon which ends with a suggestion to get into a “good bible based church, and keep GOD first place”. For the business of church to expect the tithe puts wealth first, and, as a matter of course, the bible can be viewed as a banter of contradictions, bordering on hypocrisy.
Additionally anyone listening to a series of sermons will realize the ebb and flow of contradictions while simultaneously glean a prevalent focus upon the attaining of riches, much in the name of GOD. Some examples:
• There is an ongoing implication that tithing brings more favor from GOD.
• That being a member of a church, especially bible based, will bring more favor from GOD.
• Joel has shown willingness to overlook quite possibly any crime as long as it serves his purpose. Yet it can be argued that good is good, no matter the wrongs that enabled it.
• Joel reiterates how his father John was excited about how much income the church was bringing in.
• When a prayer for a free cow to feed John and his fellow pastor mates at a self awarded party was not fulfilled as requested, John Osteen had a dream of a cow in the middle of a snake. Which John interpreted as the enemy stealing his cow. A more appropriate interpretation is that GOD was simply expressing that with all the money flowing into Lakewood from many people who might be on the cusp of being homeless or actually homeless, John already had the COW in his own belly. There was no need to siphon it out of the people looking to him for guidance.
A cow, new hair plugs, that shiny Escalade, the twenty room mansion, trying to gain favor with a billionaire in a fancy restaurant are all fine, but a portion of followers just need to keep the water running along with some other basics.

Free Favor
GOD is all, and thus, is for all, simple as that. The only requirement is faith which is an automatic aspect of being in this physical realm.
For all to live abundantly in joy, all just need to believe in the good of the universe and act with the intention of kindness. This simple expression of life through all living entities will immerse the universe with good and kindness in a constant state of gratitude. Yet as simple as the truth is, the struggle to encompass it fully is real in the face of the physical world challenges.
Ultimately I am a supporter of the many positive messages that Joel Osteen Ministries and Lakewood is getting out to the world. And I am a firm believer that the messages are helpful in creating healthier minded and happier people growing into a better world. Yet although I have tithed indirectly and may decide to tithe more directly in the future, I recommend that there is no need to tithe one bit.
As exampled by Jesus—the focused in GOD are free to worship in any field of temple without payment or expectations of payment, imposed fees or exchanges of money. Being present is the only expectation that is of placement for any guest—in faith.
Lakewood and Joel Osteen Ministries are clearly well able to be sustained comfortably into an extended future with the already acquired wealth and established product wealth streams. And it is a proven tendency for people to share and support what they follow—an ongoing wealth stream. As is true of all churches, which are idle businesses focused around idol commerce, for Lakewood to extend the pan handle at any service or expect any amount of tithing is simply a form of gluttony for a COW already overflowing beyond its many banks.
Just enjoy the free youtube videos. Then when desired and affordable consider the purchase of a Joel Osteen Inspiration Cube, which has a wonderful set of positive, encouraging and motivational messages that are a joy to appreciate and sure to help any spirit soar.
Through good and kindness GOD is in joy freely.
